4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images, descriptions, pricing, purity, size, weight, and availability accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to handcrafting, photography lighting, screen settings, polishing, stones, or natural finish differences.

All products are subject to availability. Selverra Studio may update, modify, discontinue, or remove any product at any time without prior notice.

5. 92.5 Silver & Craftsmanship

Selverra Studio deals in premium 92.5 silver jewellery and silver lifestyle products. Product purity, design, finish, and craftsmanship details will be provided as applicable at the time of purchase.

For handcrafted products, minor design or finishing variations may occur. These variations are part of luxury craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

6. MRP-Based Pricing

Selverra Studio sells products on an MRP-based pricing model. Product prices are not calculated or changed for customers based on the current silver rate at the time of enquiry or purchase.

The final MRP may include silver value, craftsmanship, design, stones, making, finishing, packaging, taxes, and other applicable charges. The final price will be confirmed before billing or order confirmation.

Selverra Studio reserves the right to revise MRP, offers, or product pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. Appointment & Store Visit

Selverra Studio offers a premium showroom experience. Customers may be requested to book an appointment before visiting, especially for bridal selection, HNI gifting, high-value purchase discussions, furniture consultation, or personalised assistance.

Appointment availability is subject to store schedule and team confirmation.

8. Orders & Confirmation

An enquiry, cart submission, WhatsApp message, or appointment request does not confirm an order. An order is considered confirmed only after product availability, final price, payment, and billing details are verified by Selverra Studio.

Selverra Studio may accept, reject, cancel, or hold any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, incomplete information, payment issue, or any genuine business reason.

9. Payment Terms

Payments may be accepted through approved online or offline payment modes. Customers must ensure payment details are correct before completing any transaction.

For online orders, Selverra Studio may require 90% advance payment before order processing, dispatch, or fulfilment. The balance amount, if applicable, must be paid as per the confirmation shared by Selverra Studio.

For customised furniture orders, a 90% advance payment is required before production, procurement, or design execution begins. Such orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

Selverra Studio does not store customer card details, UPI PIN, banking passwords, CVV, or sensitive payment credentials. Online payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

10. Customisation Policy

Selverra Studio currently accepts customised orders only for the furniture section. Customisation is not available for regular jewellery products, silver jewellery collections, gifting articles, accessories, or other product categories unless specifically confirmed in writing by Selverra Studio.

Customised furniture orders are made as per approved design, measurement, finish, estimate, and customer confirmation. Once confirmed and paid, customised furniture orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a proven manufacturing issue accepted by Selverra Studio.

Timeline for customised furniture may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, artisan work, finishing, logistics, and final quality checking.

11. Cancellation, Exchange & Return

Cancellation, exchange, and return requests will be handled as per Selverra Studio internal policy and product category.

Customised furniture, made-to-order products, engraved items, altered items, resized items, specially sourced products, used products, damaged products, or hygiene-sensitive jewellery items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Any exchange or return request must be supported with the original invoice, product certificate if applicable, original packaging, and unused product condition. Selverra Studio reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any exchange, credit note, repair, or replacement.

12. Product Care

Silver jewellery and silver articles require proper care. Exposure to moisture, perfume, chemicals, sweat, cosmetics, improper storage, or rough handling may affect shine, polish, stones, or finishing.

Selverra Studio may provide product care guidance but shall not be responsible for damage caused due to mishandling, negligence, improper storage, or unauthorized repair.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content including brand name, logo, product images, designs, text, graphics, collection names, visual identity, layout, and creative material belongs to Selverra Studio or its authorized partners.

No person may copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or use any content from the website without prior written permission.
